I bring more than 25 years of leadership and business experience to my mortgage practice — and I believe that background makes me a better advocate for my clients.
Before entering the mortgage industry, I spent approximately 25 years in retail leadership and management, including senior store management. I was responsible for large teams, operations, budgets, performance and customer service. That experience taught me how to listen carefully, solve problems under pressure and put people first — skills I carry into every mortgage conversation.

Today, I work in the mortgage industry with extensive hands-on experience in mortgage underwriting, lender submissions, document review and structuring mortgage applications.
My experience spans home purchases, refinances, renewals, investment properties, self-employed borrowers, alternative lending and more complex mortgage situations. I understand that not every application is straightforward — and I don't walk away when things get complicated.

I have Macedonian roots and have built my life and career in Canada. My personal background and decades of working with people from many different walks of life have shaped my relationship-focused approach to business.
